Common questions about course fee payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), QR Payments, bank transfers, and cash payments at our office. We also offer installment plans for most courses.
Yes, we offer a discount when you pay the full course fee upfront. The discount amount varies by course, but typically ranges from 5,000 LKR to 10,000 LKR depending on the program.
Our installment plans typically divide the course fee into 2-3 payments. The first payment is due at registration, with subsequent payments due at specified intervals during the course. There is no interest charged on installment plans.
If an installment payment is missed, we will contact you to arrange payment. Continued access to course materials may be temporarily suspended until payment is received. We recommend contacting us in advance if you anticipate difficulty making a payment.
We offer a full refund if requested at least 7 days before the course start date. After that, partial refunds may be available depending on circumstances. Please see our full refund policy for details.
