MEP Design Technology focuses on the conceptualization and engineering aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including calculations and system design. MEP Drafting Technology emphasizes the technical drawing and documentation of these systems using CAD/BIM software. Our program covers both aspects comprehensively.
The course primarily uses Autodesk software including AutoCAD MEP and Revit for MEP systems. For HVAC calculations, we use HAP software. Students will also learn manual calculation methods for various MEP systems.
Students will work on comprehensive projects covering all MEP systems including:

  • HVAC system design including ductwork
