| Day 03 — HVAC Ducting Measurement | Duct systems and accessories, area calculations, SMM/SLS 573/POMI duct take-off, dampers, grilles and diffusers. |
| Day 04 — Chilled Water Systems | Chilled water pipework, insulation, valves and accessories, schematic and layout take-off. |
| Day 05 — Plant Room & Rate Breakdown | AHU/FCU arrangements, equipment schedules, material purchasing, HVAC rate breakdowns. |
| Day 06 — Water Supply Measurement | Cold/hot water systems, pipe materials, valves, pumps, riser diagrams and pipe take-off. |
| Day 07 — Drainage & Plumbing BOQ | Soil/waste/vent/rainwater systems, manholes and traps, drainage measurement and plumbing rate breakdowns. |

| Day 09 — Fire Alarm Systems | Detectors, call points, sounders, cabling, BOQ descriptions and fire alarm rate breakdowns. |
| Day 10 — Electrical Systems | Power and lighting layouts, DBs and isolators, conduits, cable trays and point take-off. |
| Day 11 — Cables, ELV & Schematics | Cable measurement, single line diagrams, CCTV/data/BMS basics, electrical rate breakdowns. |
