1. Revit Culture and User Interface

Introductory module aims to familiarize learners with the interface of Revit

  • Revit Interface – Toolbars, Navigation, Views
  • Setting up a project – Project Templates

2. Introduction to Revit Architecture / Revit Essential Tools

Before getting hands-on get introduced to the BIM with Revit processes used by professionals in AEC industry.

3. Wall Architecture

This Session aims to equip learners with the tools to model complex Architectural and structural walls in Revit.

  • Create a Basic wall with different shapes
  • Adjust walls with dimension
  • Wall structure and Compound walls
  • Wall Modification
  • Wall Sweep and reveals
  • Advance Wall architecture tips
  • Types of curtain walls

4. Levels and Grids / Structural and Architectural Columns / Wall Foundation (RRM) /Isolated Footings and Beam

Session specifically designed for students aims to go deeper into tools required for Structural design and detailing in a project.

6. Advanced Railing/ Doors/ Windows and Component families

This Session teaches learners how to work with Different Railing types and complex railing modifications. Also, the learner will be able to use Doors/ windows interior Furniture arrangement and Exterior environment.

  • Bluster modification

7. Material /Textures / Lines and Hatch patterns

This session specifically designed for students aims to go deeper into tools required for Advanced Material and PBR textures creation for presentation and realistic rendering purposes.

  • Download and Create Paint Library

  • Create PBR Textures with different color
    maps
  • Apply materials to different faces
  • Create Filled Hatch pattern
